Santa Claus impersonators (sorry, kids) can go one of two ways: delightfully jolly or undeniably creepy. Unfortunately, the latter is typically what you find when you go to the mall or look at old photos from your childhood. Thus was the inspiration for the blog Sketchy Santas, which collects the creepiest Santas and the horrified children who sit atop their laps for our enjoyment.

Yeah - I feel kinda bad when I look at the pictures of my kids sitting on Santa's lap - they were not happy campers...maybe not such a good idea???

I think we only have one picture like that, and both refused to sit in his lap - stood next to him instead.

This year may be even worse what with so LITTLE un-employment, they won't have a huge pool to draw from.

This will be the model for Christmas this year!

Nothing to worry about. The leftists will continue their war against Christmas until the last nativity scene is torn down and the last Santa is hauled away by their Commie army.

Over my dead body...

What is it with clowns? They always kind of creeped me out as a kid. Years ago when we lived in Wichita we would take our kids to a local amusement park where a mechanical clown played the piano. The kids still talk about how that clown always freaked them out!! hahaha! The things we do to our kids out for sheer entertainment value!
