I agree with that statement Satchmo. Can we agree that they do have the right to celebrate without restraints being put on them by those who do not believe as they do?

That is the only reason for all of the arguing as of late IMO, but then, there are those who don't think that I have the right to my own opinion.

Nobody here has been advocating the prevention of people celebrating as they desire. Has anybody on this board been putting restraints on the way people celebrate these holidays? I certainly have not.

Similarly, you have the right to your own opinion. Nobody has been suppressing you, but I'll bet you perceive it as such.

It is an interesting concept, God created the conditions that set up original sin but his son prevented us all from going to hell but only after humans killed him, but religion seldom makes sense.
