AV8OR and I are more than willing to do it if there is some backing from the community. I would be willing to meet you and bring the paperwork or deliver it to an attorneys office, etc.

Ok, I will call him tomorrow & see if I can get a hold of him, and then let you know what he says. At least I can tell him what their response was & go from there.

I don't want this issue to just fade away from the hearts and minds of Park County residents. Any word from any front yet?

i agree. most judges know tht it is time consuming and expensive to file an appeal and most people won't for that reason. so the judges get away with bad decisions quite often.

thank you again av8or and nmysys for giving it your consideration.

thanks sundance, i hope this attorney can at least provide input

We are seriously considering filing for an appeal. What we need the most is support from the citizens. We need to know two things primarily: Is there support in the form of financial assistance, and is there moral support from enough people to take this next step.

Thanks to Prfsnl52 for stepping up with both!!

You are welcome mtntrekker. I am looking forward to some input, along with doing other contacts. We just need one good session. You are right about the judge's out look. So many people simply get worn down by the judicial system & give up.

How are you going to establish standing? I am for the cause, but IMO you will not get past this. If you think so, cite the cases that will be used to establish standing.

Thank you daisypusher for being for the cause. As far as citing any cases, it is why I am seeking some help to go forward with this. I do not believe in laying down until I have exhausted all avenues and retrieved solid answers if I am going to offer any quality help for any cause.

I echo nymysys request to know of support financially & morally from citizens before any new steps are taken. Some of you have offered your support, and I would ask that if any of you know of folks who may be interested in this cause, but do not view 285bound could get in contact with these folks to help with any kind of support it would be great. As a note, to those of you who do view this site & would like to offer help, but not on line, simply send a private e-mail to nymsys. Thanks to everyone for submitting suggestions & knowledge!

Daisypusher:

We are meeting early in the week with at least one attorney to determine the feasibility of an appeal. I will not on an open forum cite cases, not because we don't have valid reasons and cases for an appeal, but because I will not give away our hand to those who are on the opposing side.

I will be glad to discuss these issues over the phone if you want to send me a PM.
