Examples of Non-Partisan Issues?

Cilantro is one you either love or hate, no in-between moderates there, so I would think it falls more into a partisan category for that reason. :)

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

Cilantro really MAKES certain dishes that would not be the same without (like pico gallo or guac). I was able to convert my wife into a fan by using it in small doses until she aquired the taste. Pretty hard to convert a Repub to a Dem or Dem to Repub without a good brain washing session and a 12v battery... lol .

It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers−out of unorthodoxy

rofllol rofllol Does the brain washing require special soap too?! Only a 12V?? I'd go higher...

Anything to do with pets is non-partisan. Just as many people are besotted with their fuzzy friends from both sides of the aisle.

There aren't any truly blue vegetables, just blue fruits. There are purple ones though, like eggplant, peppers, potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, and asparagus. (I haven't had purple carrots or asparagus yet, but blue/purple potatoes are especially TASTY and more packed with goodness than white potatoes, especially for those with diabetes) http://www.specialtyproduce.com/index.php?item=641

For everyone to maintain optimal health, they should have an equal amount of all colors as each has differing amounts of vitamin, minerals, antioxidants, and other nutrients. Fresh vegetables and fruits also help the body deal with stress, something any good conservative or liberal needs!

I think beets fit into the purple vegetable category.

Reminds me of the time my soccer coach had us gather around the hood of his car and hold hands while he discharged the capacitor in the distributor. :VeryScared:

My dad and some of my other liberal friends are cat people, while most of my conservatives friends more often have dogs. Maybe it's just a coincidence...not sure it means anything but it is interesting since the animals are so different.

LOL , ya I've pulled that trick a few times by just laying a charged one on my desk and see who picks it up first.

Seems illogical to me, the libertarian anti-goverment people prefer dogs that are pack animals. The socialist, big goverment types prefer felines, who are very independent.
(Flame suit on.)
Or maybe it is that way because dogs like working for their treats while cats think they deserve everything for doing nothing.

BTW, I am a cat person.

How about, no Daylight savings time?

There are 2 bills now in the state legislature; HB 11-1067 and SB 11-022 to keep Colorado on Mountain Standard Time.

Sounds like a good plan to me
