Now that's a real class act...

Did he say that then delete it, or did you just make that up?

It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers−out of unorthodoxy

He actually said that...but on another thread. Baieyboy/teddy has a one man vendetta going against liberals. But he seems to have plenty of support here for it.

How wrong and arrogant you are to make such an unfounded statement. I am a DEMOCRAT, not a liberal and not a Socialist, and I have always LOVED my country and what we stand for. My Father served this country for 22 years and I have always been proud of that!! I don't hate Republicans - just the INTOLERANCE and lack of RESPECT that so many people seem to have for one another, regardless of their political affiliation!! You and others should NEVER assume that a Rebublican loves his country more than a Democrat!

In my opinion, this is the kind of attitude that is dividing our country!

I never realized you now considered yourself a moonbat. But I will respect your self anointing. On the off chance you don't think of yourself that way, may I suggest you read and comprehend what was written rather than assuming and making an ass of yourself.

I don't consider myself anything but a citizen of this country. I interpreted your posting to say that Republicans love their country more and I think other people did as well. If I misinterpreted, then my bad. I get sick and tired of the nasty labels and comments regarding people that don't fit the "republican way of thinking".

When you do that, it proves to me that you are the one with NO CLASS!! You are another shining example of the lack of TOLERANCE AND RESPECT towards others I was referring to.

Either you comprehend English or you don't. What you did was read everyone else's comments without reading what I wrote and assumed you knew what I wrote.

Tolerance and respect are enshrined nowhere, least of all in the Constitution nor the Bill of Rights. Respect is earned. The problem with tolerance is far to many bad behaviors have been tolerated in this country by too many people cowered by political correctness. It is time to meet them head on and if you don't have the stomach or constitution for it get out of the way.

Or go to the VFW breakfast in the morning, because it is inexpensive and fun, sit next to each other and be polite, then come home and rip each others virtual throats out. :pop
