Very cool to see a popular revolution, "Jasmine" overthrough a dictatorship in a Arabic country. Now I have my fingers crossed that the people will get democracy.

Interesting destination, Saudi. For many years I've heard rumblings in Saudi about the King. For now they do just enough to keep things in check. If the King goes, look for radical Islam to emerge and conquer.

Idi Amin also spent his exile in Saudi Arabia.

I have heard the same as you about the Saudis. They are very worried about being overthrown in a religious revolution so they sometimes kowtow to the radicals.
