More proof that the Federal government controls the states which is not the way this country was founded. And more proof that the Libs want to bow to them and don't wnat to anger them. The running away instead of standing up to the ever growing and ever more controlling Federal Government continues for the Libs........

Then let them vote on it and see if it costs them. If it does the R's will all be voted out next election and then they can vote back in whatever they want. THAT is how the Democratic process works. Not running and hiding like a bunch of cowards! Who votes in irresponsible cowards anyway?

This is one of those times when I think the end justified the means.......the democrats know they can't stop this legislation, I think they know that eventually it will pass, but if their intent was to shine the national spotlight on what the governor of Wisconsin and the republican legislature were actually doing to teachers and their union, and why.....well then they accomplished their goal and started a firestorm of protest against union busting across many states. Kudos to them!!!!!

archer, please watch and comment on the proud moment shown in the SEIU dogging... thread. This is in addition to the violent rhetoric promoted by elected officials on the Left.

I think Republicans are using the same logic when it comes to the health care bill. They know it can't be stopped (yet), but many of us voted for them to stop it and it has gotten much more national attension because of their attempt. I do wonder what kind of outrage there would have been if the GOP all went MIA to make a point the day of the HC vote.

Isn't that the point to all of our "discussions" here.......you conservatives think the whatever conservatives do is OK with you, no matter the motive or the means, and we think the same when it is liberals. What's the big deal? that's how we are, that's how people think, My side is always right. Whatever complaints you have about liberals, we have equally as many about conservatives.

You all don't have the high road here....no one does (not even you nmysys)

Can't we all just get along? Since many here are on a first name basis, I want to personally help Bury Obama. (I actually heard my spell check giggle).
