What is the history of the cemetery that is at Pine Junction? Was the name of Pine Junction at one time Rocksprings? The tombstones in this cemetery are dated from the 1800's.

There is a cemetery in Pine Junction. Turn down Wandcrest, and then turn at the first or second street (on the left). That dead end's right at the cemetery. You basically end up behind IMHS only a couple blocks away.

Pine Junction is also know as Silver Springs.

It was Silver Springs on Google just a few years ago. I used to type in Pine Junction, and google could not find it, but if you typed in Silver Springs it would. (the area, not specifically the cemetery)

Yes! That's it! Silver Springs. I once stopped at the cemetery there and was amazed that this area had such an old history. But I do not know the name of the cemetery. And the families buried there must have had some base for an economy. I am almost sure that it could not be farming.

The cemetery in Pine Junction is actually called the Pine Grove Cemetery, Pine Gulch or Silver Springs Cemetery.
There is a different cemetery in Pine.
