People make mistakes and they have to pay the price. His price is NO DOG OWNERSHIP! Let him explain it to his kids; they can't have a dog because he was irresponsible....to put it nicely.
Maybe he should explain to his kids why he shouldn't have any living creature. I dont care who called him. He's an embarrasement to the human race. He's only sorry he got caught. He'd still be torturing those dogs if he hadn't been found out.
