I am attempting to grow squash in containers this year on the deck. I have some tomato cages and am forcing them up
through them to save space.The plants themselves are thriving and just beginning to grow fruit. I have noticed though that the fruit remains very small. I am also growing peppers, tomatoes and lettuce in containers on the deck. All the plants are beautiful and healthy but no fruit to date. I just don't know if it is the container, the altitude or the coolness of the nights slowing the process down. I will hang i n there through the end of the season and keep everyone posted on how it goes.
