Strange white stuff was created by HappyCamper

There is strange white stuff falling from the sky in DCVR...Do you think I should report it to the authorities I've never seen it before.

Came in handy earlier - sodas were warm, we had no ice cubes, so I went out and scooped up cups full of snow!
