That is a cool avatar, Strange. TY SC.

Hey JF1 that bat that was on my window was right behind that tree. He does probably live there.

I was searching for a site I really liked in the past about the Bristlecone but I can't find it now. I have a few great photos of my own of Bristlecone! I have found one site that has pictures I like... http://colorado-lifestyle.blogspot.com/ ... -pine.html check it out. Many photos I find on the net show dead skeleton trunks. I like the living ones the most!

Okay, here is my tree. I love this tree.... our whole house would be awful without it.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

I thought this was neat for the ground they are growing from just as much as the uniqueness of the trees themselves.
