We have a lot of exciting things going on at Knit Knook for May and the summer:
This Wednesday, May 4th, 5-8 PM, our Sock Club will meet for the first time. All are welcome!
Prices are going up on all Encore yarn... but, don't panic! In honor of Mother's Day, this Saturday, May 7th we will be selling all Encore yarn at 20% off.
Thursday, May 26th, from 5-8 PM, we will have another Wine and Cheese Night here at Knit Knook. A representative from Tastefully Simple will be here with samples and catalogues.
We are continuing to collect hand knitted or crocheted baby items for a local charity, the Mountain Area Pregnancy Center.

*NEW SUMMER HOURS*
Starting in June, we will have new hours:
Mondays and Wednesdays: 12-5 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 12-8 PM
Fridays: 10-5
Saturdays: 10-4 PM
Sundays: Closed
If you are interested in learning new knitting stitches, you might consider taking part in a new Great American Afghan Class. The first class will be June 8th, from 6-8 PM, with Marny as instructor. The class will meet monthly to work on a new block each month, for $10 a class.
Mark your calendars for our first patio party of the summer! Saturday, June 25th, from 12-4 PM. Bring a lawn chair and your knitting and snacks, if you wish. Bring your own cup and have some free iced tea!
Diane will be giving private knitting and crochet lessons beginning in June for $15 an hour. Please call Knit Knook to set up an appointment.
