UPDATE: 3 starving horses

I would like to personally thank all of you who have PM'd me and offered your assistance with the 3 horses in Park County that I wrote about here.

And, I would like to thank Park County Sheriff's Dept and PCAC Sergean Bobbie Priestly for their hard work and diligence in this case.

The three horses are being taken care of and will, from now on, have a much better quality of life.
