DP Hwy. 285 back-ups caused by semi crash-(Pic)

Were they going down hill? Trucks have a back up brake system. But if they are stupid they certainly can burn out their brakes. If it was at the bottom of a long hill that would be suspect. Hence all the warning signs all over floyd hill.

And AS TRUCKDRIVERS they should know that 285 has NO Run-way truck stops. Over the years, seen have seen /smelled many a brakes burning!
