I played the game. However, they want it EXACTLY placed. I was 30 miles off for Oklahoma, the first state I did, and off a little for WV, KY and two others I can't remember. So, I consider I did quite well.
45 states correctly placed, 90%, 8 miles off for an average, in 469 seconds
Yeah. The first one I got to place was Colorado. I think I know where that is, but with no other state yet next to it, I was still off by 100 miles.
The difficulty depends on the order of the states it gives you. I also made a couple of dragging errors using the notebook touch pad. Scored in the low 90%. Had to trouble with those tiny north east states.
That was a fun one. There are a few others out there that I will post for capitals and other Continents. I think all HS Students should have to pass some of these with a certain score to pass history and geography. It should be common knowledge.
We used to make salt maps (salt and flour and water) of states when I was in elementary school. I hated living in Texas because the shape was so hard to do.
