If I had a few million to spare, that is NOT the center I would buy.
Speaking of centers - what is going to happen with that empty eyesore at Kings Valley? Seriously - all that building, and not a damn space rented - I'm not counting Kum N Go, because they were part of the build.
The Kings Valley Center is an interesting story...their mortgage was owned by a bank in Germany that bit the dust. The were in limbo for a long time...the worst time. Now they are back on their feet but at the very worst time possible and have some finishing to do on the building before tenants can go in. They are looking for tenants to commit so they can finish the work. That is an almost impossible task in this economy.
