How do you forget your 9 month old baby in a car while you go to lunch? Geeez Louis folks.
What a crazy story.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- A 9-month-old baby is OK after being left in a locked car for 40 minutes on an 87-degree day.

It happened at a Panera Bread restaurant on Southgate Road in Colorado Springs Thursday at about 1:30 p.m.

A Colorado Springs police report said the baby's mother and father simply forgot their 9-month-old was in the car when they went for lunch, according to KKTV-TV.

Well, I can't imagine that it was on purpose.

And yes I think we all could use parenting classes. When we are young. But it is hard to FORGET your baby for such a long time and TWO parents forgetting? WTH?
