Does anyone have a recommendation for a local attorney, (in the Conifer, Evergreen area), that specializes in both elder law and real estate, (including how to deal with out-of state property)?
I did speak with 2 attorneys with AARP earlier this year, but both seemed more concerned with trying to get me to change my insurance to Allstate before assisting me with the legalities of elder law and out-of-state property--which they both supposedly specialize in, (and I don't have any insurance problems anyway)! AARP does state on their website that the recommendations for their attorneys do come from Allstate,
so I shouldn't have been surprised!
I also need someone close to this area, as I can't afford to drive to the downtown area frequently--something I already tried last year.
Please PM me if you have any suggestions. Thank you in advance!
