The dog isn't going anywhere, it's not for sale. Somebody got a little upset with the dog, when he chewed the wrong toy. Papers? yes he had papers, Puppy Pads.

yeah, I found that out the hard way when I tried to hire a live in maid from the philippines to help Lil Precious out around the house....
