Take Newbees Shooting!

I just took a bunch of newbees shooting and it is a great way to introduce new people to the sport. After showing them the safety rules, (very important!), you can start shooting. I like to bring biodegradable targets, including Tannerite, because people can see what they shoot, and it gets more Hollywood.

Best part? I consider myself only an average shooter, but they think my shooting skills are god-like. :woo hoo:

Took my 10-yr old daughter shooting.....

We enjoy a great daddy/daughter date ---- with her .22 and my 30/30.

She enjoys shooting at paper plates (50 yds) and clay targets (25 yds)

I shoot the paper plates at 100 and the clay targets at 50 (I shoot with iron sights)

She has demanded a pink .22 for Christmas --- so I'm looking for a Rossi.

Are there any places to shoot (leagally) for free in the Conifer to Bailey? I just moved here and bought a rifle from a friend and would love to try it out. Or is there a good range that's got a reasonable yearly membership fee?
