Floating an idea.......farming out inmates

Inmates as firefighters......Take the LEAST offending inmates,train them as firefighters...what do you think? Just heard this topic being

They already do that. Several states have programs that train inmates for this work.

I saw a documentary on PBS last year about a program in California that does exactly that.
