Too far off the road to have been started by a dragging chain. Some just south of Goddard Ranch and my fear is the back up caused an accident at Goddard Ranch because just as you rounded the corner there was the traffic. The other set of small fires were up by windy point, close to the wall. Both areas had sheriffs there looking around on the ground. The bigger one was just south of Goddard. Multiple small ones at Windy Point.
