Our entire family is heading down to Bandimeer Speedway for some Jet Car Nationals and 4th of July fire works a little early.

It was an amazing show.
I am personally just a little disappointed though as a lot of folks were drinking down in the stands and several fights broke out. In all of the years we have been going to Bandimere, it was the first time I had ever seen a fight or cross word. The Bandimeres have worked so hard to make the Speedway a family place. It is sad that a handful of folks can't behave in public.
The fireworks show was OUTSTANDING!
The program they put on is always wonderful.
The racing was awesome. They broke the track record last night. The quarter mile in a Jet Car at 5.69 seconds......holy moly!
