1 in 11 households rents storage space—1 million more households than two years ago.

80% of Americans believe they would be more satisfied if they were neater.

The National Association of Professional Organizers claims that Americans spend 55 minutes a day looking for things they know they own but can't find.

4 in 5 new homes have multicar garages. Most two-car garages have one or no car in them.

The average American fridge is twice as big as its European counterpart.

Yeah, I have too much stuff.

The problem is, as soon as I get rid of some stuff, I need that stuff, and have to buy that stuff again! So, I don't like to get rid of stuff.

LOL, I don't need it just to store it, I only store it in case I need it.

When I need it, it is to fix something that broke!

My two car garage actually has two cars in it! And a 500 gallon water tank, and a huge work bench and a work table, a freezer and the litter box and some other much needed stuff.

We have one whole bedroom that is nothing but storage. I am going to blame it on the ease of internet ordering. I was needing a Santa hat last week and rather take the time to go into storage, I just bought a new one to make the problem worse.

Man, don't get me started! When we moved to our present house we must have made 20 + trips to Goodwill and rented a roll-off dumpster! You would think we have a lost less stuff but nooooo....I think we could do it all over again! We are a little better than we were.

Did I say we just got home from Home Depot where we bought a bunch of shelving for the garage???
