Working from home is ok, especially don't miss the commute and meetings. I do miss the people and social interaction though. Most of my friends in Colorado are from work.

Yes, working from home is fantastic, I am doing that partially and love it. I think if it was 100% home based I'd get a little cabin fever..so the 50/50 works great for me.
