virus through facebook

Be careful there is a new FB bug out there, don't reply to messages that FB sends you. I had that one a few months ago and just heard from a friend that it's out there again. It keeps freezing your computer and/or slows it down tremendously even with really good protection. If anyone knows more about it, please post.

Are you talking about an email message sent to yahoo or gmail, or a message on FB?

Yahoo is notorious for bad links in emails.

it seems that when you get notified in your email about a post that's where/how the virus came; I am not 100% positive but had several of my friends report the same issue.
