O goody, I can have 4 thin mint's at 31 sugar, which is alot for my daily sugar, and eat very little the rest of the day, good thing I don't like thin mints.
I can have 20 baked Natual cheese crisps for 21 sugar, w/fish/chicken/even spam. More filling & they taste better.
It's all about the carbohydrates.
Chicken NO Carbs. Spam Lite 3 carbs. Spam classic 3 carbs.
Lose weight fast, cut down/out Carbohydrates.
When I was balancing diet, after finding out I had Type 2 Diabetes, 2 years ago I lost 27lbs. in month+1/2.
Just say'in...
