What's inside a US blended cigarette?

I often wondered how they got cigarettes to taste so delightfully smooth and refreshing- ahhhh.

Nothing like a good blended cigarette. And they even practice "green" technology by not wasting the stuff that falls on the floor- very thoughtful!

Actually - the process looks very much like the process used to turn corn into corn flakes- and wheat into frosted mini-wheats.
