That unit is just getting off the ground.
There are about 60+ powerplants in the US operating at this time.
I worked on 6 or 7 of them in the past and 2 that are either shut down or never fired up.

FYI - the taxpayers (US DOE) are guaranteeing the loans to build these plants - the utilities take NO risk. Fun huh ??
