Gracie...you did the right thing by calling animal control.
Sounds like you have done all you can do and are left with a lot of frustration at a lack of results.
If you have tried to talk to him then just step back and let the system attempt to fix the problem.
I wish you well and hope that you can soon walk your own dog without fear.

People walking in the neighborhood should be aware that they could also be attacked. I know I would have appreciated knowing.

Thank you Gracie for calling animal control. I had a neighbor who really didn't care much about his dogs running and getting in packs. Repeated calls to animal control and forking out a few hundred dollars to retrieve and he finally got the message.
