Spring is just around the corner! Come see all the new yarns and needles, and plan on sitting with us to knit for a while.
We have a new bulky yarn fom Tahki called Taos that knits up quickly, and is very soft and colorful, as well as a bulky wool called Montana. Vintage Colors will soon be in also!
Come and join us for our February Wine and Cheese this Thursday the 23rd, from 5-8 PM. If you mention this email, you will receive 20% off of any Cascade Tweed yarn!
Don't forget your donations for the Adopt-A-Native -Elder program for February. We hope to fill enough stockings by October to sponsor a classroom of kids on the Navajo Reservation. February is hair product month. Please bring shampoo, conditioner, hair brushes, combs, or barrettes.
Another great project we have here if you are interested in knitting for Charity is the Hats for Homeless Vets Project. If you do not have the time to knit a hat, consider donating some yarn.
SOCK CLUB NEWS - We are still meeting the first Wednesday of every month, but from 5:30-6:30 now. Please come and join us! All skill levels are welcome. We are planning on teaching a new technique each month. March we'll be learning casting on techniques for toe up socks.
Many of you have been asking where Jane, one of our instructors, has been. She has been home taking care of her husband while he underwent a bone marrow transplant. He is recovering, and we hope Jane is able to teach her Magical Loop Sock Class in April.
We have added a new class for March called Knitting With Beads. It is a fun, 2 hour class, and will be taught on Sunday, March 4th, from 1-3PM.

Hope to see you soon,
