O come on now. It's not that bad. I stopped for gas at the Loaf n Jug and had to hang on to the truck to keep from getting blown over. Happens all the time. LOL
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus
Don't hate, but embrace. When it is nice, you may(or will) know how nice. Colorado has quite a "mild" climate that can be overseen...and is. We have some crazy days of weather, but this place has a pleasant way of testing our own human ways of climate acclimation. In the world; that is, most of us humans can live on the beach with a feeling of security, while the mountains bring peace. We can live on the plains with a yield, while the ocean can reveal a vast amount of unforeseen power. Live and let live! After all, what can you do about the elements other than prepare for them? Ask yourself what REALLY annoys you. Remember....life is short, the wind blows and vacuum sucks! Lets remember that this is not all that bad....that is Colorado. This really is nothing (other than shingles and trash blowing from your house). Smiles! It passes like wind.
I wondered why I heard something that sounded like glass breaking all night. I no longer need to take the Christmas lights down. I'm really bummed. They were up for about 4 years and I don't think there is a way to get them back up.
