Ahh, the only way to fly!
Welcome back to the States!
Are you staying more than one night? If so, try here:
Best Russian: Katia's (if she still hasn't gotten her liquor license, fear not, just ask her for the secret stash of the good stuff in the back. And the shot glasses shaped like cowboy boots!)
http://www.katias.com/
Best Dungeness crab: Crustacean

My favorite French place: Jardiniere
http://www.jardiniere.com/
Seafood: Scoma's, there's one on Fisherman's Wharf, but the better one is across the bridge in Sausolito - better view, better ambience, fewer tourists

If you're down by the airport and don't want to go far:
Sushi: Barracuda's
http://www.barracudasushi.com/
Seafood: Kincaids (hubby proposed to me here!)

Finally, yummy burgers: Max's Restaurant and Bar in Burlingame

There is a great restaurant downtown somewhere that I was told about. It serves the best pork and has a cigar bar in the rear. I think it is called Pork'n Butt.

Hubby said there was a Thai place in the Castro that you had to go to! I asked him if it was because of the food, or cuz it was in the Castro; he didn't answer.
