The same goes for that shredded "Mozzarella" crap they sell. Use a lump (not the brick) of REAL mozzarella and cut it up yourself.

No I have not, where can I get some? The NY style garlic bagel chips are at KS near the deli.
I need some new tasty snacks! :)

This is a serious subject, can we please keep the personal bickering out of this one thread. Thanks.

and Parmesan smells like vomit..Its a very cheap low grade cheese made popular by poor itailian imigrants around the turn of the century..Garlic is also rarely used in authentic itailian dishes. Can't stand either

Quit eating the junk in the green can, real parm. is great stuff, food of the gods. Must be imported direct from Italy.

Trust me on this JMC, my wife grew up on Taylor Street. Real Itilains don't eat that crap.

You are a nitwit, I grew up in Little Italy, Pm me and i will send you a taste of my winter parm. from Emilie -Romangne. Not that your taste buds deserve it.

My wife grew up on Taylor Street in Chicago.. Not in the Little Italy section of Lakewood or whatever the hell you're talking about. Parmesian cheese is about as Itailan as chop suey is Chinese..

You'd probably have to go to a big city..Chicago, Detriot, Philly or New York..They are great with Miller Lite and a football game, much better than anything you've ever eaten before

(Psst, I'm pretty sure he means New York City's Little Italy, and he's a good cook - he knows his food!)

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
