and Parmesan smells like vomit..Its a very cheap low grade cheese made popular by poor itailian imigrants around the turn of the century..Garlic is also rarely used in authentic itailian dishes. Can't stand either
Trust me on this JMC, my wife grew up on Taylor Street. Real Itilains don't eat that crap.

My wife grew up on Taylor Street in Chicago.. Not in the Little Italy section of Lakewood or whatever the hell you're talking about. Parmesian cheese is about as Itailan as chop suey is Chinese..
