I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus
(really, who would do this to a baby? They are not toys) not amusing
Not exactly what I was expecting as a caption... I was thinking something more along the lines of "Larry the Cable Guy, the Early Years."
Having a bad day? I imagine this child suffered greatly while he was dressed in a Harley t-shirt and bandanna, the stress he must have suffered as the makeup was applied to his face... You can see the suffering in the expression on his face! Even worse, he likely had to have his face washed and take on another change of clothes to undo the physical damage. Who knows how deeply he was scared emotionally by the entire experience. Worst of all I'm willing to bet that the culprit was none other than his own Mom or Dad, I bet they are Republicans too.
