Great to see some preservation and small business in the area.
The addition of live music and prices that are not "city " would be a plus.

I am so glad people are interested in this project and looking forward to the completion... but the Kickstarter project I am running is to help provide funding to complete this project. The historic restoration and the addition of the community garden space are for a real benefit to the community. I have invested everything I have in this project and it will not be completed if the Kickstarter project is unsuccessful. I was asking people to view the project, consider donating $3 and then sharing the project with a friend. If the funding goal is not reached, all donations are returned, Kickstarter does not provide funding if you do not reach your goal. I thought there would be community interest for this project...
We won't be doing the full restoration or creating the community garden. It needed local support... we were looking for $3 donations and asking people to spread the word... unfortunately there was not much interest... we plan to complete the building later summer/fall. ~ Heidi
