Simple , just drink a gallon of chocolate milk every 5 days , eat 6 mini candy bars or more , if it ain't nailed down ,, I eat it ,
still on a small beer ration , 3-5 a day , but my tummy is always hungry lately . And no , I havn't quit smoking yet , but trying ,,
lost 35 lbs about 2 -1/2 yrs ago , was great ,, my old gun belts fit again , hit over 220 about 10 yrs ago , slowly got down to 157 . now 170 AGAIN ,,
and don't really care , wife sez I don't look skinny now
BTW: Don't suggest this but a few years back I lost 18 pounds in 5 days... Food poisoning.
Don't suggest this either But since am now Type 2 diabetes, I've lost 20 pounds, and am stable (in weight that is)
Quit Smoking Dec. 26th 2005, and GOD HOW I MISS IT!
