I was listening to the scanner this morning and they went on a fire check. The person was burning a slash pile and was upset he got a ticket as it had rained.
The officer said he would be calling to talk to "The man in charge" as everything is wet and there should not be a ban.
Really...one rain storm does not cure a drought.
