Why doesn't our Gubment protect us from our selves?!
I get the same prescription from the sawbones every year, move more, eat less, and when you eat make sure it's green and leafy.
I choose to move a lot more and harass the Wundermutt on a regular basis; when I want a steak or a burger I eat one. "Sure Doc, there was lettuce involved...."
