Good list, but no financial items on there? Like give up the chase for material items, bigger house and new car, and gadgets, for the freedom of being debt-free and more financially secure.

Hmmm, good point. Giving up materialism is one of the big tenets of Buddhism too and if we weren't so in debt for all that "stuff", life would be much more stress-free if not happier.

8. Give up on your need to impress others.
If the gadgets or material things are really important to you, regardless of what others think then at least you alone own that need rather than having it thrust upon you by nose-in-the-air neighbors.
