What on earth is going on. This is getting downright scary.
JEFFERSON COUNTY - The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is investigating an attempted abduction of a 14-year-old boy.
It happened Monday evening as the victim was walking home from a friend's house in the 8200 block of West Toller Avenue, near Falcon Bluffs Middle School.
It is a sad day when we need to worry about threats to children moving around what should be safe domestic areas. I used to be an advocate of not giving cell phones to kids but this this the kind of incident that makes cell phones for kids and neighborhood watch organizations justified.
Keep your kids safe and make sure they know what to do when there is "Stranger Danger."
