Aggressive fox around Hilldale Pines, watch your pets

We received this message below on Facebook wanting us to alert everyone that there is a bold, larger fox that has gone after their dog and for other dog owners to be on the alert if you live near there. Thanks!

Maybe you'd like to let those know that have smaller dogs or dogs in general. There is a pretty large fox, biggest I've seen looks older, that came after our cocker spaniel, she isn't that small either. It even came after me. Been hanging around the Hilldale Pines area near Walters Circle, Horizon View and CityView these last three nights.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

I would be worried that this fox is sick. Not normal behavior.

I have never seen or heard of a fox doing such things. They are quite passive except for rodents. We have about 15 foxes around here without issue.

I agree, not normal if aggressive is the word? Curious and playful sometimes. There could be something wrong.
