Family has made contact with family and friends. All doing ok. One family in a shelter until they can get transportation out of the area.

It's New York's LaGuardia Airport. If you look at the depth at the wheel, it's not very deep.

Gov Cuomo of NY has announced military refueling trucks will be deployed throughout NYC & Long Island, vehicles will be able to fill up directly from the truck for free. There will be a 10 gallon limit per vehicle.
Locations they will be at:
Staten Island: 321 Manor Road
Long Island: 63 Babylon Turnpike Freeport
Brooklyn: 1579 Bedford Ave.
Bronx: 10 West 195th St
Queens: 93-05 160th St in Jamaica
Trucks are being deployed through the morning & will be available all day
