"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

That's great! And nope, not me - cables are not my friend. There's definitely got to be someone at the Knook who would, though, we have many Queens of Cables. Saturday morning would be a good time to pop in and check.

Or...you could learn to knit....just sayin....with all your spare time..... :faint:

It doesn't look like cable knit.....I think the hat is knit, then the cording is knit and added after the fact. I would offer to knit you one SC, but it will be months before the doc lets me do anything that puts stress on my shoulder...I have been itching to do some knitting for my newest grandson, and for my granddaughter's American Girl Doll, but knitting one handed is not an option.

Archer, you're right - and if it's knitted i-cord for the whole thing, yikes!

Did you have shoulder surgery or an injury? Hope you're feeling better (and back to knitting) soon! If I wasn't able to knit I'd probably start slapping strangers. Hope you've got some good books to read?

lol Slapping strangers is prefereable to slapping hubby! heehee!

I'm sorry to hear about the surgery archer, I have another friend who has to have that done and he's been putting it off because he doesn't want to be restricted from holding his newborn daughter. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

All that spare time...I don't need to sleep, right?

Not to mention you don't get much/any sleep now, so I don't think you'd notice the difference!
