We are back.... the new software is not up. We ran into a snag and for extra fun the company we are moving from had their servers go down tying our hands in the middle of it. We will have to work on this in the morning and fix the issue then do the upgrade tomorrow night.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We will update you guys in the morning.
Good morning. We just want to update you on 285bound.com's site upgrade. We had a problem with the uploading of our database last night and needed to reload it from the existing server. As we were going back in to reload the data our existing server company went down (not the new server). At that time we had to make a decision. Because we did not know how long it would be down, we did not want to wait for many hours before starting the new pointing of the site, delaying the switch over. So we thought it would be best to turn the forums back on and let the members continue to post and then proceed with the upgrade tonight. This option keeps the forums open longer. We should have an ETA on the time we will be shutting down tonight shortly.
Thank you again for your patience. This is the nature of changing servers and upgrading sometimes.
We will update you soon. Once this is done I believe you will love the new site.

Okay, guys and gals. We are going to start our change over between 6:30PM and 7PM Mountain Time.
Before 7PM we will disable the forum. As stated in the original post everyone's ISP is different but we anticipate that it will take anywhere from 12-24 hours for you to see the new software. If you start wondering you might want to try clearing your cache. It may or may not work. The old forum will be disabled so if you see the a forum that is not disabled you most likely are on the new site! We are very excited to bring this new software to our affiliates and think you will be very pleased with some really fun new features. Thank you to 285bound.com and Science Chic for your patience with this change over. They have worked very hard putting in the content for you.
