Recommendations for a nice B&B along the 285 corridor?

I need recommendations for a nice B&B or hotel for a night along the 285 corridor? Have a videographer flying in from NY next week and he wants to get as close to Bailey as possible as we start shooting very early the next morning.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated  THANK YOU

Hi Sophia. Check out this website. They're in Bailey, just before the hot dog stand. Very nice people, very nice place: http://www.lynwoodparkbailey.com/

That looks like a place off of Shaffer's Crossing which I think is pretty new. Looks nice in the photos!

The Aspen Peak Cellars Clifton House B&B isn't too far from there (Kings Valley) and I mention them because they are having a 1/2 off sale for rooms. Nice views there too.

I went to a wedding at Lower Lake about 4 years ago. It was really very nice. But I was only in the room where the reception was, didnt see the rooms. But a very nice view.

There is also Meadow Creek off 285 just over the hill from my house. Never been there to stay, but have been to see the place. Nice house in the Douglass Ranch neighborhood.

I stayed at Meadow Creek for a week before I bought my house up here in 1987. I wanted to be sure the commute would be managable.

It is really lovely! My choice, of course, was the Aspen Room. The nightly rate for it now is $90 - $115.

I've stayed at Aspen Peak Cellars and it too was lovely! The best part is the breakfast though - the strawberry stuffed french toast is to die for, and the fresh fruit that came with it wasn't just melon and grapes - there were blueberries and raspberries too! And the room comes with a bottle of wine.

I've had family stay at Meadow Creek and they really liked it.

I adore the owners of Lynwood Park, Bailey Riverside Retreat, and Bailey Lodge and, as you were looking for something in Bailey, RY, I'd recommend checking those out.

There's also Ben Tyler B&B, but I don't know anything about them. btfishingcabins.com

And lastly, The Grant Motel: thegrantmotel.com

My parents are staying at Arrowhead when they come out for Christmas, I'm looking forward to getting a personal look at, and experience of, the place as I've not heard the best reviews. Let us know where your friend ends up staying and what they think of it!

But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
