This came this morning from the Platte Canyon Chamber of Commerce:
Fellow Chamber Members,
I just received an email from Mary Sasser as follows:
It's with a very heavy heart that I share the news of another
passing of another treasured community member-
Miss Barbara Tripp, (from Glen Isle) passed away yesterday.
I don't know any details/arrangements,
just that a local legend has gone.
The loss of another long time chamber member is very sad, and our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Tripp family.
I will let you know of any service arrangements as I get the information.
Warmest regards,
Marcel Flukiger
PCACC President
I've never had the opportunity to meet either Bill Usher or Barbara Tripp, but I extend my sincerest condolences to their friends and families for their losses.
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
