Metric inch? Is it more like the old Whitworth system of measure? Tools that were marked with standard English units but don't fit SAE nuts and bolts:

So is it a 7/16's or a 1/2? It depends on the unit of measure you are using. Either way, in a pinch it works as a hammer.
