We had a Bob cat as a "pet" when I was a kid. He loved the Christmas tree. Every year at some point while the tree was up he would hit it full speed at about midway up the tree, knocking the tree over. He would then roll around and just have himself a grand old time just like the big cats in the video above. Why you ask would someone have a Bob cat as a pet? My dad was a game warden, one day while on patrol he can across a kid who had killed a Bob cat, turned out to be a mother cat. He found the den with kittens. The rest of the kittens went to a local Zoo while we kept one. It didn't even have it eyes open yet.

A bobcat would have been a challenging pet. Our little calico loved sitting under the lit tabletop Christmas tree until one evening she jumped up from her spot and everything went flying. She stopped trusting Christmas trees after that.

His favorite spot to sleep was on top of the refrigerator, which he could reach in one jump from the floor.
